This blog is for the sufferers; who pay PTCL to get a certain bandwidth and end up with less than 100 times of it because PTCL is getting more business. I am one of them.
Somehow, our society has lost its values of professional ethics and fairness and PTCL is no exception. They only provide acceptable bandwidth in areas where they have limited clients. As the number of clients grow, the same bandwidth gets divided on them and in the end, PTCL is getting fatter and its clients are left with the bandwidth no more than that offered by the hopeless Rs. 1/hr ISPs.
